Pho Hanoi in Rotterdam

Wow! This was my favorite Vietnamese restaurant since they opened years ago - and sadly it has been sold to new owners. When we went for pho on a hot day, the workers were all having cocktails at a big table and could barely be bothered to bring our drinks - which we asked for twice, both times hearing 'coming right up, right away'. That was 20 minutes. The food came, but without any kind of silverware or sauce, we had to take that from another table! Looks like a bunch of teenagers got their parent's restaurant for the night. I'm so sorry thte former owners have moved on.
